\»I chose to study in the UK because the educational system in England is highly recognised and accepted worldwide. London has a lot of historical landmarks and is a very popular place, visited by many tourists. I love the chill weather and easy navigation. Everything is easy to get. It’s easy to move around and shop. God bless Oxford Street! Bellerbys London is one of the modern colleges in UK with not more than 300 students. That way, classes are not crowded, facilities are well maintained and teachers have the time to attend to every student. My teachers have been very understanding. They give me lots of positive criticisms, try to locate my weak points and enable me build confidence in myself. My favourite teacher is Mr Jan Zawadski. He teaches Chemistry. The way he teaches makes you understand and love chemistry. He uses colourful slide shows and challenging exercises to make the class interesting and assignments to ensure that we master the key concepts of any lesson. I am living in the student residence. I love my privacy and being independent. To be honest, the accommodation is one of the best I’ve seen in London or UK. Many students can testify to that. I have made quite a number of friends from different places around the world, ranging from Africans to Asians and many others. That’s very fascinating. In my spare time I like to surf the net to get information about various illnesses and their causes. I check my mail daily, read novels by Danielle Steel and listen to music in my room. I\’m hoping to study Pharmacy at university. I\’ve applied to Nottingham, London School of Pharmacy, Manchester, Kent and Kingston. I believe that these universities are rated top for the pharmacy course. Also, students who graduate from these universities find it easy to secure jobs almost immediately after graduating.
After graduating I would like work for at least two years, to get some work experience, before becoming self employed. I would also like to promote pharmacy in my country by sponsoring students who wish to further their career in that field because a large number of people are ignorant to what pharmacy is.\»
