During demonstration classes, students observe the Chef preparing a number of dishes to illustrate certain methods and techniques. The school has two demonstration kitchens, equipped with television monitors and large overhead mirrors, to make sure that every student can follow our Master Chefs’ cooking and techniques in detail. Hands-on practical classes are held in our professional teaching kitchens, three cuisine kitchens and two pâtisserie kitchens, equipped to the highest standards. Practical classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students to one teaching chef to ensure each gets personal attention and receives individual training as required.
