| \»The English education system has built its outstanding reputation internationally and it was natural that I would come here to pursue my career in the legal field, in which a quality educational background is essential for success. I chose London as I wanted to experience this historic metropolis first-hand and absorb all the different cultures, systems and characteristics that make it unique, specifically because it is all in one place! The main elements of the city are very similar to that of my home and this has contributed to a speedy adaptation, giving me more time to spend on my studies. I like that Bellerbys London now feels like a second home – everyone, from the students to the staff, makes an effort to make us all feel comfortable. It is very well located too, being a bus ride away from Central London and, if you’re in the mood, within walking distance of gorgeous parks in historical Greenwich. As such, there is always something to do and someone to do it with, be it study or play! My teachers are clearly very experienced and of the best calibre. Classes remain challenging, but not at an unreasonable pace. Everyone else, from the librarian to the receptionist, is always willing to point me in the right direction whenever I need it. Everyone at Bellerbys has made going to school really enjoyable. I love my Law lessons simply because it has helped develop my ways of thinking and analyzing all types of situations. In many instances, the subject requires creativity as well as standard textbook learning. However, Ms. Sally Hawkes, undoubtedly my favourite teacher ever, has made so much effort to make our days in class fun and vibrant with a variety of activities and practices. I like that the residence is safe and relatively new. My room has a nice ensuite bathroom along with a pantry, which is more than adequate on any occasion. The weekly cleaning service is a great plus-point for me, as I love having everything neat and clean. It is the perfect place to retire to after a day at school. I like travelling around London and other cities in the UK in my free time. The transport system here is simply amazing! I’ve made many new friends from all over the world, although we’ve gotten so close that sometimes I forget that we’re not from the same place. I’ve found this particularly rewarding. I have applied to study Law at university. My choices are University College London, Durham University, University of Nottingham, University of Bristol and Queen Mary, University of London. These universities are amongst the best anywhere for Law and any of them would be a great place to further my learning. Most of them are partner universities of Bellerbys as well, which means I have a higher chance of gaining entry.
After university, I hope to gain some work experience in the Maritime industry before pursuing my Masters in Maritime Law.\»
